• Showering:
  • You may shower at your location or upon arrival at mine.
  • If you choose not to shower and your hygiene is poor, my performance may be limited, or I may cancel your booking.

• Douching:
  • For comfort and enjoyment, please douche beforehand at your location, as this is not provided at mine.
  • Accidents happen, but inadequate cleanliness may result in session discontinuation for hygiene reasons.

• Arrival Time:
  • Arrive on time; unnotified delays will lead to automatic cancellation.
  • If notified but delayed by more than 5-10 minutes, I may cancel based on my schedule or shorten your session.
  • If I’m over 10 minutes late, you may cancel for a full refund  
  • If early, avoid messaging me as it may cause delays.
  • You are welcome to enter 1-2 minutes before your booking starts, but not 5 minutes earlier.

• Session Duration & Extensions:
  • 30 & 45-minute sessions end 5 minutes earlier; 60-minute and longer sessions end 10 minutes earlier to allow time for wrapping up.
  • If you choose to extend your session, an additional $50 fee applies.

• Deposit & Refund:
  • Incall:
     
    • A $150 deposit is required within 15 minutes of booking confirmation. Payment options include: 
      1. PayID (email)
      2. PayPal
      3. Bank transfer
      4. Beem app
      5. Deposit at a bank branch

• Outcall (to hotels only):
   
  • A 50% deposit of the total rate is required.

• Cancellation Policy:
• Deposits are non-refundable for client cancellations.
• Full refund if I cancel.
• If deposit details are shared and not paid, rebooking incurs a $70 charge (+new deposit).
• Deposits cannot be held for rescheduled bookings.

• Substances:
  • Sessions are drug-free. Bringing substances or arriving in poor condition will result in immediate cancellation.

• Confidentiality:
  • All shared personal information (e.g., names, contact details, transactions, addresses) is strictly confidential.
  • Legal action may be taken for breaches.
  • Law enforcement, military, or official personnel must disclose their status during booking.

• Policy on Blocked Clients:
  • Clients previously blocked and attempting to rebook without disclosure will have bookings canceled and entry denied. Policy circumvention is not tolerated.

• Availability:
  • Monday - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Extra charges: +$100 for the first hour after hours, +$200 for the second hour.

1. I believe that I'm on your block list. Can I get unblocked?

   - It depends on why you were blocked. Please use the chat box (right corner) and provide your name, phone number, and booking details to request unblocking.

2. Do you see ladies?

   - Yes, I welcome all genders over 18.

3. I'm new and nervous. What should I expect?

   - Feeling nervous is normal. I create a calm and welcoming environment to help you feel at ease before and during the session.

4. I enjoyed our session! How can I leave a review?

5. What if you're fully booked this week?

   - My calendar may not reflect real-time availability. Send me an SMS to check updates.

6. Why was I blocked after messaging or calling?

   - My ads specify inquiries must be via SMS. Calls or inappropriate messages can lead to being blocked.

7. Do I need to pay the deposit again if I’ve seen you before?

   - Yes, a deposit is required for the first three bookings. After that, it’s waived if bookings occur within 12 weeks.

8. Do you offer FaceTime or video calls?

   - No, I don’t provide these services.

9. Can I ask about role-play scenarios?

   - If not on my website, I’m happy to answer briefly. Detailed discussions require a deposit.

10. Do you practice safe sex?

    - Yes, I strictly practice safe anal sex and recommend safe oral (optional).
